Well today is my day to have my say. I will give to you what has been on my mind for a long time. The government that is currently in session is corrupt, is self-centered, is tyrannical, and almost communist. By some standard it is communist when it can some how justify the taking of American's money and give it to foreign countries. While right here in our own country millions are without jobs, thousands maybe millions are homeless, children go to bed hungry, elderly people do without medicine they need. I CALL TO EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN TO JOIN ME IN DOING WHAT THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE STATED WE SHOULD DO! Abolish this government that has grown so big that it has forgotten it's own people!! Now if you think I am stupid to call for this government's abolishment then go read the first two chapters of the Declaration of Independence. This part states that we as American citizens "...That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness..." Notice that word in bold "Consent" this government does not have my consent to give my money away when so many at home need help. Tell me do you feel safe or happy with the current government? The government only has the power we, as American citizen, give them but over the course of years they have taken away OUR rights! Do you think you have rights? Then go down to your local gun store and buy a hand gun. You will find that the government wants to know every thing about you. You are no longer secure in you right of privacy. Yet, as of today you have the right to bear arms, but soon you will no longer have that right either. A good citizen is an unarmed citizen. This is not only about gun rights it also about what is right. Is it right for Americans to be safe and happy? Yes. Do I feel safe or happy with this government? No, because they do things that are wrong in my eyes. Just when does a government have the right to tell any other country that the way they run their country is wrong? Who are we to impose our ideas onto another country? How many of these other countries sent us help when the World Trade Center was destroyed? How many helped us when floods and other natural disasters occurred on our shores? You may say I have no compassion for my fellow man but wrong I do, but not at the expense of our own people. Do I think I have all of the answers? No, I do not, but I do know what is right and what is wrong. It is wrong to send billions of dollars over seas when it is needed at home more. It is wrong for government to restrict the rights of its people. It is right to start over with new people that understand and are genuinely concerned about their constituents. Think about it how would you disperse a million dollars? Would you help your family first or help your neighbor? Would you help those who never helped you or your family? I would like to think you would say family first, but yet I know there will always be idiots that would help stranger before family. Now if you take offense in what I have said then exercise another one of your right and LEAVE the USA because you are part of the problem.
